Terms of Service

The service

Proposolve lets you build proposals that combine designed content with a live spreadsheet engine, publish them at a private link, and track engagement. Proposolve is operated by GO Smartex.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Plans and billing

Free includes 3 proposals and shows a small Proposolve badge on published proposals. Starter is $29 per month for 20 proposals without the badge, plus analytics. Pro is $59 per month for unlimited proposals, a custom domain and priority support.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to add. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing prices.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to Free. We do not automatically prorate partial months.

If the service does not work as described, email support@proposolve.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. We would rather refund you than argue about it.

If you drop to a plan with a lower proposal limit while over that limit, existing proposals stay accessible but you will not be able to create new ones until you are under the limit.

Your content

You own everything you create here — your proposals, spreadsheets, text and uploads. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the right to use it, including any client information you enter and any images or files you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use Proposolve to send spam, to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing material, to impersonate anyone, to host malware, or to attempt to breach the security of the service or other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why.

AI features

The spreadsheet copilot and AI import styling send the relevant spreadsheet contents to our AI provider to generate a response. Output is generated automatically and can be wrong. Check any figure before you send a proposal to a client — you remain responsible for what your proposals say.

AI requests are metered monthly: 5 on Free, 50 on Starter, and a fair-use allowance of 500 on Pro. Pro is described as unlimited because that ceiling is far above normal use — it exists so that a single account cannot consume the service for everyone, not to restrict ordinary work. If you reach it, contact us and we will sort it out.

Formula compatibility

Proposolve implements a substantial subset of Excel functions, listed on our compatibility page, and we add to it over time. Formulas we do not yet support are imported at their last calculated value and clearly marked, so a number never silently changes — but it will not recalculate. Check compatibility before relying on a model.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we remove something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Proposolve is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your content. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or with 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period.
